Key Responsibilities:1. Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or in-person and provide timely resolutions.
2. Manage orders end-to-end, from placement to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
3. Acquire new customers/clients through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
