About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Respond to enquiries through calls & emails with project details.
2. Handle direct and channel partner sales activities.
3. Conduct follow-up calls, schedule and manage site visits
4. Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to closure
5. Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.
6. Achieve sales targets for assigned real estate projects.
7. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. Generate referrals through existing client relationships.
9. Support the CRM team in post-agreement collections.
10. Deliver corporate presentations to potential buyers.
11. Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
12. Create internal weekly presentations on sales progress.
13. Ensure timely updates in the Sales ERP tool.
