About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead management: Oversee and manage sales leads from online channels including Instagram, WhatsApp, and email; ensure prompt follow-ups and maximize lead conversions.
2. Studio operations: Maintain smooth day-to-day studio operations, including upkeep, housekeeping, and visual merchandising, to deliver a consistent and premium brand experience.
3. Customer engagement: Handle studio walk-ins with a strong focus on customer experience- understand client needs, provide personalized recommendations, and showcase products with a keen design sensibility and in-depth product knowledge.
4. Architect coordination: Build and nurture relationships with architects by scheduling and managing calls, meetings, and collaborations to drive high-value sales opportunities.
5. Performance reporting: Provide regular feedback and detailed performance reports to the marketing team to optimize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
