About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Call and follow up on qualified leads from IndiaMART and other point-of-sale platforms.
2. Handle direct inbound and outbound customer calls.
3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
4. Maintain proper lead follow-ups and track sales closures.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and fulfilment.
6. Update daily call logs and sales activity reports.
7. Undertake occasional local travel when required.
8. Handle routine administrative tasks.
