About the Job
We’re looking for passionate and creative STEM Faculty members who love teaching, tinkering, and inspiring young minds to become innovators of the future.As a Robotics / Innovation Trainer, you will lead hands-on learning experiences that bring science, technology, engineering, and creativity to life. You’ll guide students through exciting real-world projects in Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, 3D Design, and Innovation, empowering them to think, build, and innovate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct interactive, hands-on sessions in STEM and innovation modules (Robotics, Coding, IoT, AI, Design Thinking, etc.).
2. Mentor students in project-based learning, innovation challenges, and competitions.
3. Set up, manage, and maintain makerspace lab equipment, kits, and materials.
4. Adapt lesson delivery to different student age groups (Grades 3–10).
5. Collaborate with the central content and training team to enhance curriculum and pedagogy.
6. Support school-level exhibitions, showcases, and innovation fairs.
7. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for all students.
8. Conduct student assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and schools.
9. Coordinate with school administration to plan and schedule training sessions effectively.
10. Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions, attendance, and student progress.
11. Be willing to travel across different cities and states (Pan India) for training programs, workshops, and school projects.
