After building our online brand successfully, we are now expanding into offline retail to offer customers an immersive, in-person shopping experience with our exclusive collections.Role Overview
We are hiring a dynamic, customer-focused Salesperson for our offline store. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness and fashion, provide excellent customer service, and help drive overall store sales performance.
Key responsibilities:
1. Greet walk-in customers and assist them with product selection and styling suggestions.
2. Develop strong product knowledge of Coitonic’s gymwear and activewear range.
3. Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
4. Manage billing, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
5. Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
6. Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
7. Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory reporting.
8. Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive business growth.
