Key Responsibilities:1. Conduct in-depth advisory calls to understand customers’ insurance needs, family profiles, and financial goals.
2. Recommend suitable insurance plans based on need analysis, pricing, and eligibility criteria, and present quotations clearly.
3. Provide end-to-end support through the policy issuance process, addressing queries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
4. Build long-term, trust-based relationships by offering transparent and ethical guidance.
5. Stay updated on insurance products and regulatory guidelines, and collaborate with BD/operations teams for efficient lead and policy management.
