We are hiring for the role of video editor for real estate YouTube channels (remote).

4. Only one round of feedback allowed per video, so precision & attention to detail are important

Tasks you'll handle: (only apply if you can do everything in this)

1. Edit long-form videos ranging from 10 to 30 minutes from talking head raw footage
2. Perform rough cutting by trimming a 30–50-minute raw file to 10–30 minutes ensuring retention and educational value
3. Add relevant B-rolls by sourcing actual footage of the area from the internet ensuring no stock or AI-generated B-rolls are used
4. Edit intros by creating a highly engaging first 1 minute of the video that hooks viewers, builds curiosity, and establishes authority using strong motion graphic skills
5. Create motion graphics by making map animations from geolayers and working with motion graphic templates for text-based information to deliver value and convert viewers into leads for clients
6. Design sound by adding suitable music and sound effects
7. Apply and enhance existing assets and workflows to maintain consistency and quality
8. Meet and adhere to weekly deadlines for video delivery
9. Communicate and update the team daily on Discord regarding progress and issues
10. Incorporate and implement one round of client feedback per video
