About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Thought leadership content creation:
1. Edit and produce short-form videos (30–90 seconds) for LinkedIn and Instagram.
2. Repurpose founder voice notes, interviews, and transcripts into visually engaging reels, explainers, and carousels.
3. Craft story-driven edits aligned with brand tone, philosophy, and audience psychology.
4. Collaborate with content strategists and scriptwriters to bring clarity, structure, and visual rhythm to each video.
B. AI-based video production:
1. Use AI avatar tools (like Synthesia, HeyGen, Pictory, etc.) to create video explainers and training clips.
2. Integrate AI dubbing, voice cloning, and auto-captioning tools to streamline production.
3. Innovate with automation workflows that reduce turnaround time for bulk content production.
4. Ensure AI-generated visuals maintain brand integrity and emotional authenticity.
C. Brand system & platform alignment:
1. Edit videos to match LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms- pacing, captioning, aspect ratio, and CTA placement.
2. Design smooth transitions and graphics that align with the Ozibook and client visual systems.
3. Collaborate with brand designers to maintain a consistent visual identity across all profiles.
4. Support founders and marketing heads in building their personal brand video libraries.
D. Creative documentation & learning:
1. Maintain a Notion dashboard of project templates, editing workflows, and approved brand formats.
2. Document “what works” across different brand pages to build a content knowledge base.
3. Analyze performance data from social posts and refine creative direction based on engagement trends.
Tools you will use:
1. Editing Tools: Premiere Pro/CapCut/DaVinci Resolve.
2. AI Tools: Synthesia, HeyGen, Pictory, Runway, Descript, Revoicer (as applicable).
3. Design Tools: Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud.
4. Collaboration Tools: Google Drive, Notion, Discord, ChatGPT.
5. Platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram.
