About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our IT & digital services (website, app, and marketing solutions, CRMs).
2. Follow up with leads via call, WhatsApp, and email to convert them into paying customers.
3. Maintain accurate records of daily calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
4. Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand client requirements.
5. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through consistent communication and follow-ups.
