3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-Excel.
4. Follow up on customer inquiries not resolved during initial call.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to company growth.
6. Demonstrate professionalism and patience in handling customer complaints and conflicts.
7. Continuously strive to improve communication skills and product knowledge to better serve customers.
