About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Learn the recruiting process in startups, including what defines a great hire and what startup leaders prioritize
2. Conduct market research using LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other tools to identify top startup talent
3. Build curated talent lists and source high-potential candidates for outreach
4. Provide insights on performance, challenges, and recommend companies to target
