About the Job
Key responsibilities1. Work with Linux commands to manage and maintain systems efficiently.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Linux environments.
3. Manage Linux servers in virtualized environments.
4. Create and back up MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
5. Work with Linux-based web servers such as Nginx and Apache.
6. Host and manage PHP websites.
7. Understand and configure common network protocols such as DNS, DHCP, SSH, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
8. Write and execute shell scripts to automate tasks.
9. Install, configure, and maintain services such as Apache, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Nginx.
10. Build and monitor services on production servers to ensure high availability and performance.
11. Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support infrastructure needs.
