About the Job
Are you someone who understands trading deeply and loves helping fellow traders succeed? We’re looking for a Support Engineer with strong trading knowledge to assist our users in setting up automated trading systems, indicators, and strategies.Key Responsibilities:
1. Support traders in setting up automated trading workflows
2. Troubleshoot TradingView alerts, indicator scripts, webhook issues, and broker integration
3. Help users understand trading concepts and strategy behavior
4. Provide real-time support during trading hours (night shift)
5. Maintain documentation and share best practices with users
6. Collaborate with the dev team to report issues or suggest improvements
Work Timing: Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST
