About the Job
Globik AI is collaborating with medical professionals across India to support the development of high-quality datasets for training advanced Medical AI systems and Large Language Models (LLMs).This initiative involves contributions to structured and unstructured medical content across multiple streams, such as:
1. Textbook/academic content curation
2. Clinical guideline-based content creation
3. Patient-doctor conversational dataset creation
4. Medical Q&A and knowledge generation
5. Journal knowledge organization and summarization
6. Drug & medication knowledge banks and drug information structuring
Your contribution will support India-centric medical AI models, improving clinical intelligence, public health knowledge, and medical accessibility at scale.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create and review medical educational content and clinical knowledge
2. Curate structured datasets from textbooks, guidelines, and journal content
3. Generate & validate medical Q&A pairs, case-based learning sets, and clinical reasoning explanations
4. Simulate doctor-patient conversations for realistic clinical scenarios and specialties
5. Structure drug knowledge data, including drug profiles, interactions, contraindications, and treatment uses
6. Review datasets for clinical accuracy, safety, clarity, and ethical compliance
7. Follow project guidelines and annotation frameworks precisely
8. Work with project coordinators to deliver high-quality output within timelines
9. Participate in training and calibration sessions to standardize quality
