Jaagruk Bharat is a fast-growing digital media organization focused on creating impactful and engaging content that drives awareness and positive change. We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to manage creative content across platforms — from reels and carousels to community engagement. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and passionate about digital storytelling and brand growth.Key responsibilities:
1. Reels/shorts video topic brainstorm +script writing + edit involvement with editor +caption writing and other things
2. Carousel topic brainstorm + content writing + graphic design with designer+ caption writing
3. Twitter post/thread post converting reel topic to thread post or finding a new topic
4. Posting content on stories regularly on Instagram and Facebook
5. Handling normal creators and collab creators with content creating scripts + coordination with video from creator to editing and posting
6. Posting in the broadcasting channel and community whenever a new post is uploaded
7. Creating scripts for partnerships whenever a new collab happens, making scripts for it respectively
8. If needed, finding influencers/creators for Jaagruk Bharat
9. Generating ideas to increase followers and reach on all social media platforms
10. Supporting Manychat integrations with reels on Instagram and directing them to the WhatsApp Bot
