About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Edit High-Impact Videos:
Craft visually engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects — ensuring pacing, flow, and storytelling keep viewers hooked till the very end.
2. Storytelling & Hook Strategy:
Apply proven storytelling techniques, attention-grabbing hooks, and retention tactics to make every video scroll-stopping and binge-worthy.
3. Creative Direction & Motion Design:
Design dynamic transitions, motion graphics, and text animations that enhance storytelling and brand feel without overdoing effects.
4.Content Repurposing:
Transform long-form content (e.g. podcasts, interviews, webinars) into short, engaging clips optimized for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
5. Sound & Music Mastery:
Select and sync background music, sound effects, and voice levels to create emotional impact and professional-grade sound design.
6. Brand Consistency:
Maintain a consistent style, color grade, tone, and branding across all videos aligned with SparkG Media’s creative standards.
7.Collaborate with Creative & Strategy Teams:
Work closely with producers, writers, and strategists to align editing direction with audience psychology and marketing goals.
8. Trend Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, editing styles, and viral formats to continuously evolve the content style and engagement levels.
9. Fast Turnaround & Quality Control:
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining precision, creativity, and high-quality delivery.
10. Performance Mindset:
Edit with purpose — understanding analytics, viewer retention, and what makes audiences stop scrolling and stay watching.
