About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Telecaller to join our team at Sunny_6400 Limited. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and are proficient in MS-Excel, then we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
2. Follow up with existing clients to provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
3. Maintain and update customer databases in MS-Excel to ensure accurate and timely information.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
5. Prepare reports and analyze data in MS-Excel to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
7. Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the sales manager to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
