About the Job
We are looking for passionate and experienced online trainers to join Devskillz Learning Hub.Key Responsibilities:
A. Online Training Delivery
1. Conduct live online training sessions according to the assigned schedule.
2. Deliver course content clearly, interactively, and in a structured manner.
3. Use practical examples and exercises to ensure learner understanding.
B. Doubt-Clearing Support
1. Host dedicated doubt-clearing sessions for students.
2. Address student questions through live sessions, chat, or scheduled calls.
3. Provide timely, accurate, and supportive responses to learner queries.
C. Live Projects & Practical Training
1. Guide students through real-time or live industry projects.
2. Offer hands-on training, coding practice, or practical application as relevant.
3. Review and evaluate student projects, offering feedback for improvement.
D. Learning Material & Curriculum Support
1. Contribute to the creation and enhancement of training material, assignments, and assessments.
2. Provide supplementary learning resources, notes, and exercises to support student growth.
E. Student Progress & Evaluation
1. Monitor and document student performance and progress.
2. Conduct assessments, quizzes, and project evaluations.
3. Offer constructive feedback and motivate students to achieve learning goals.
F. Professional Conduct & Communication
1. Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and engagement during sessions.
2. Coordinate with the HR or Training team for scheduling, progress, and feedback.
3. Promote discipline, interaction, and consistent participation in classes.
G. Monthly Fee & Availability
1. Engage part-time with a fixed monthly payment structure.
2. Remain available as per the agreed training and doubt-resolution schedule.
3. Commit to regular and consistent teaching throughout the course duration.
