Remote Senior Psychologist Job at Soulbol

About the Job

We are seeking qualified consultant mental health professionals to provide teleconsultation and therapeutic services to Soulbol guests . This role combines clinical expertise with adherence to the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and data protection. Consultants will deliver services exclusively
through the Soulbol platform under a revenue-sharing model.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide online mental health consultations, therapy, or wellness sessions to guests via the Soulbol
2. platform.
3. Uphold all standards of patient confidentiality, data privacy, and ethical practice.
4. Maintain accurate session records and submit them for billing and quality purposes.
5. Participate in mandatory monday weekly operational meetings as scheduled by Soulbol.
6. Collaborate with the internal team to improve quality of service delivery.
7. Follow Soulbol’s guidelines on guest communication and session protocols.
8. All guests served or introduced through Soulbol remain Soulbol’s proprietary clients.
Qualifications
1. Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry, Counseling, or related fields.
2. Valid registration/certification/licensure where applicable.
3. Proven experience delivering therapy, counseling, or wellness services online or in person.
4. Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethical standards, and data protection laws (including IT Rules 2011 and future data privacy regulations). Excellent communication and digital literacy[ skills.
Engagement Model

Revenue-sharing basis:
1. 70% to Consultant from teleconsultations
2. 50% to Consultant from chats and inbound calls
3. Guest Welcome Bonus: Every new guest/client enrolling on the Soulbol platform receives a one-time welcome bonus/credit to experience the service. This welcome bonus is a promotional initiative borne entirely by Soulbol. It is neither chargeable to consultants nor payable to consultants.
4. Minimum commitment: 3 hours per day with flexible scheduling.
5. Payment cycle: 30 days post-invoice submission.
