Key Responsibilities:A. Content Leadership
1. Define and implement a content strategy that drives high engagement and traffic growth.
2. Oversee the creation of SEO-optimized blogs and high-quality YouTube/short-form video content.
3. Identify trending topics, certifications, and keywords that can boost organic reach.
B. Revenue Generation
1. Build monetization models for blog and video content (ads, affiliates, sponsorships, lead conversions).
2. Collaborate with partners and brands for paid collaborations, sponsored posts, and video integrations.
3. Track, measure, and optimize ROI from each content vertical.
C. Marketing & Growth
1. Lead digital marketing campaigns through organic and paid channels (SEO, YouTube, LinkedIn, email).
2. Increase CareerSwami’s online visibility through strategic distribution and cross-platform engagement.
3. Drive community growth and build authority within the career and certification niche.
D. Leadership & Innovation
1. Identify emerging content mediums and technologies to expand brand presence.
2. Manage a small team of writers, video creators, and editors.
3. Work closely with the founder to align growth strategy with business goals.
