About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Making 100–120 warm calls/day (no cold calling; leads provided)
2. Conducting 5 in-depth prospect calls daily (20–25 mins each)
3. Following up with prospects via WhatsApp & Email
4. Identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into admissions
5. Maintaining accurate records & updates in CRM
6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions
7. Driving conversions using a consultative & solution-oriented approach
