About the Job
Key responsibilities:* Sales & Marketing: Promote travel packages, student industrial visits, and educational tours to schools, colleges, and universities.
* Client Visits: Travel to institutions, meet Principals/HODs, present offerings, and build long-term relationships.
* Travel Package Management: Handle customer queries, suggest suitable packages, and provide customized travel solutions.
* Vendor Management: Maintain a database of hotels, transporters, and other vendors with updated rates and availability.
* CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM with customer leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and booking statuses.
* Tour Operations: Act as a tour manager for group tours, ensuring smooth execution and memorable experiences for clients.
* Customer Service: Ensure high satisfaction levels through proactive communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
* Networking & Partnerships: Develop partnerships with institutions and travel vendors for long-term business growth.
* Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing materials, social media promotions, and digital campaigns.
* Reporting: Regularly update management on sales pipelines, tour performance, and customer feedback.
