About the Job
Key responsibilities1. Handle direct sales calls and convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and need analysis.
2. Conduct demo follow-ups, understand parent/student requirements, and provide suitable course recommendations.
3. Ensure high demo-to-sale conversion rates and timely follow-ups through CRM.
4. Take ownership of monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.
5. Lead a team of 5-6 interns, ensuring they meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
6. Conduct daily review meetings and share feedback to improve team performance.
7. Guide team members on communication, pitch, and objection handling.
8. Monitor CRM updates for accuracy and timeliness.
9. Collaborate with the POC and other internal teams to improve conversion and re-enrollment quality.
10. Ensure team discipline, productivity, and consistent performance.
