About the Job
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Investment Sales Consultant to join our Wealth Management team. The role involves interacting with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals, assess their investment needs, and suggest suitable financial and investment solutions.This is a consultative sales role — focused on building trust, understanding client objectives, and helping them make informed investment decisions rather than hard-push selling.
Key responsibilities:
1. Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, or email and build rapport.
2. Understand clients’ financial goals, investment preferences, and risk appetite through structured conversations.
3. Educate clients about available investment options (such as mutual funds, insurance, bonds, etc.) aligned with their needs.
4. Explain product features, benefits, returns, and risk factors clearly and transparently.
5. Schedule appointments or connect interested clients to senior advisors for detailed financial planning discussions.
6. Maintain a database of client interactions and follow up regularly to nurture relationships.
7. Achieve defined activity and conversion targets while maintaining client satisfaction.
8. Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and basic financial planning concepts.
