Key Responsibilities:1. Connect with warm leads from ASF’s digital funnels (no cold calling required)
2. Conduct consultative sales conversations via phone or WhatsApp
3. Understand client needs, fitness goals, and pain points
4. Explain program details clearly and help them make confident decisions
5. Maintain CRM records and daily reporting of calls & conversions
6. Coordinate with senior mentors and the operations team for onboarding clients
