Job Overview:We are hiring a Sales & Lead Generation Executive who can:
1️⃣ Pitch to students and convert them into enrollments
2️⃣ Generate their own leads through multiple channels
The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven, and great at communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pitch Edverb’s courses to students (calls, WhatsApp, meetings).
2. Understand their career goals and recommend the best course.
3. Convert incoming leads into confirmed enrollments.
4. Follow up daily to maximize conversions.
5. Generate your own student leads using:
Instagram / WhatsApp outreach
College networks
Telegram/FB groups
Campus ambassadors
Referrals
6. Identify new student communities to target.
7. Maintain and update lead sheets daily.
