Shift Timings: Night Shift (10 PM – 7 AM)/Afternoon Shift (3 PM – 12 AM)

Role Overview – Academic Counselor:
As an Academic Counselor at BrightChamps, you will be responsible for engaging with parents and students, communicating our curriculum, and driving enrollments while maintaining excellent client relationships.


Key responsibilities:

1. Understand and align with the company’s vision and mission.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Maintain accurate client data in the CRM database.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies.
5. Follow up with leads via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails, and video calls.
6. Communicate curriculum highlights and key USPs (e.g., champion teacher profiles).
7. Achieve weekly performance targets in a competitive, results-driven environment.
8. Conduct live video calls with parents to guide enrollment decisions.
