Key responsibilities:1. Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
2. Research and identify potential accounts and key decision-makers
3. Personalize outreach messaging to effectively engage prospects
4. Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
5. Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging
6. Participate in regular sales training to improve objection handling, pitching, and communication skills
