About the Job
You’ll manage all incoming leads, qualify prospects, and coordinate with the business development team to convert potential clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue by creating a strong sales pipeline.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and respond to inbound client inquiries promptly
2. Qualify leads and assess client needs based on product/service fit
3. Schedule and coordinate meetings with BD Executives
4. Update and track all lead information in CRM tools
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve inbound lead quality
6. Maintain communication with warm leads for nurturing
7. Contribute ideas for optimizing sales outreach and process
