About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Use services such as Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Instantly, Apollo, and Contact Out to find and verify potential leads' emails and phone numbers.
2. Efficiently use HubSpot and Instantly to automate and manage multichannel outreach campaigns (email, SMS, and voicemail).
3. Craft compelling and personalized emails, SMS, and voicemail scripts using ChatGPT.
4. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date contact information and activity records.
5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and outreach efforts.
