About the Job
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented RFP/Tender Research Specialist to help us identify and track USA-based government and private RFPs related to telecalling, contact center, IT support, BPO, and outsourcing services. You will be responsible for daily RFP hunting, summarizing opportunities, and helping our team prepare for proposal submissions.Search and track new RFPs/tenders daily from:

https://findrfp.com
https://govwin.com
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Shortlist RFPs that are remote-friendly or allow international vendors
2. Maintain an Excel/Google Sheet tracker for all active bids (with link, agency, deadline, service type)
3. Summarize key information:
i. Title, Scope, Agency, Budget (if available), Submission Deadline
ii. Assist with proposal formatting or data entry (optional)
iii. Send a daily report of new and relevant opportunities
