Position: Regional Sales Manager – FMCG Beverages (Delhi NCR & Mumbai)
We’re looking for a strong sales leader who has previously handled new product launches or regional expansion in top FMCG/beverage companies such as Paperboat, Dabur, Pepsi, Haldiram, Parle Agro, or ITC.
This role demands someone who can take ownership, build a solid distribution network, and drive rapid market penetration.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop & execute the sales & distribution strategy for Nisista Beverages
2. Appoint & manage distributors/super stockists in target regions
3. Build relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and modern trade outlets
4. Drive market visibility through in-store activations & trade schemes
5. Design pricing, discount, and commission models as per industry practices
6. Lead the sales team and ensure outlet coverage & monthly targets
7. Coordinate with marketing & supply chain for smooth execution
Requirements:
1. Experience in FMCG beverage sales (preferably with product launch exposure)
2. Strong knowledge of general trade, modern trade, and HoReCa channels
3. Proven track record in driving regional sales growth and building teams
4. Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills
5. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR / Mumbai
Compensation:
₹15 – ₹18 LPA + Incentives + Travel Reimbursement
(For exceptional candidates with prior launch experience, compensation is negotiable)

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can lead from the front.
Education & Qualification:
1. A full-time bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field is mandatory.
2. An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Sales & Marketing is preferred, especially for candidates aspiring to scale into a National Sales Head role within the next phase of the company’s growth.
