About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Talent sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
2. Candidate screening: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
3. Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates across different timezones and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
4. Job advertising: Create and post compelling job descriptions and advertisements that accurately reflect the role and attract top talent.
5. Applicant tracking: Manage a Recruitment tracker to keep track of candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
6. Offer negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms in consultation with a company’s management.
7. Candidate experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and feedback.
8. Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
