As our team continues to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Recruiter – HR to join our remote HR division and help us identify and onboard the best talent across India.
About the Role
The Recruiter – HR will be responsible for conducting the first level of screening for all incoming candidates across accounting, financial, and administrative roles. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent communication skills, judgment, and an understanding of both technical and soft skill requirements for each role.
You will be the first point of contact for all applicants, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience and strong alignment with Clear Tax’s values and expectations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Review and shortlist resumes from multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, etc.).
2. Conduct first-level screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ communication, qualifications, and suitability.
3. Prepare candidate assessment notes for senior HR or department leads.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and management.
5. Maintain the recruitment tracker and update candidate status in the HR database.
6. Communicate professionally with candidates, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
7. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
8. Assist in promoting Clear Tax/Tax Central’s brand across recruitment platforms and social media.
9. Support onboarding and initial induction coordination for new hires.
