Key responsibilities:1. End-to-end recruitment from analysing job requirements, sourcing, screening, and scheduling Interviews.
2. Working closely with the hiring managers to develop a position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc).
3. Screening, Shortlisting candidates sourced through portal (social media, indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.) and validating them on their experience and interest in the role.
