As a quantitative research analyst at Nutrachoco, you will play a crucial role in our data-driven decision-making process. Turn complex, math-heavy material into clear insights and step-by-step solutions. You’ll analyze quantitative problems, fact-check claims with targeted research, and craft concise explanations that improve understanding and decision-making. Expect a mix of problem creation, solution writing, scenario design, and quality review- always with a premium on accuracy, clarity, and rigor.Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and decompose math and logic problems (algebra → calculus, discrete/word problems) into clear, graded steps and rubrics.
2. Analyze datasets, charts, and narratives; validate claims through structured online research and cite reliable sources.
3. Write crisp explanations and model solutions that teach reasoning, highlight edge cases, and avoid common pitfalls.
4. Design evaluation items and scenarios that test quantitative reasoning, data interpretation, and problem-solving strategies.
5. Review peers’ work for correctness, completeness, and clarity; document issues and propose improvements.
6. Manage a prioritized task queue, communicate progress and risks, and consistently hit deadlines.
