Ozibook is a B2B execution consultancy that helps founders scale without depending entirely on themselves. We build internal systems across sales, hiring, marketing, operations, and leadership using our proven 5C execution engine:

1. Credibility: LinkedIn visibility, multi-profile systems, content, case studies, brand strategy
2. Capacity: Hiring engine, intern systems, onboarding, delegation structures
3. Conversion: Sales enablement, pitch decks, proposals, DM workflows, sales scripts
4. Continuity: Full internal OS on Notion, Discord-first execution, SOPs, dashboards, client pods
5. Culture: Leadership rituals, ownership systems, team development, performance management

We are not a content agency. We are a fractional execution partner for high-ticket B2B brands.

Role overview: We are looking for a project manager (client operations manager) who can own the delivery of client projects across LinkedIn, sales, and internal systems. This is not a typical coordination role.

This role is a hybrid of:

1. Client management
2. Business consulting
3. Operations
4. Team leadership
5. Project delivery
6. System building

Over time, you will be trained directly by the founder to grow into a B2B consultant who can independently run client calls, guide teams, and deliver strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Client communication & management:
1. Join weekly client calls
2. Understand requirements clearly
3. Take structured meeting notes
4. Ask the right questions to extract clarity
5. Maintain professional and proactive communication
6. Ensure client satisfaction and alignment

B. Task structuring & delegation:
1. Convert founder inputs and voice notes into actionable tasks
2. Break tasks into clear steps
3. Assign to writers, designers, strategists, editors
4. Ensure no ambiguity or confusion in tasks
5. Follow up on deadlines

C. Project tracking & delivery:
1. Manage project dashboards on Notion
2. Track progress of every deliverable
3. Catch delays early
4. Remove bottlenecks before they grow
5. Keep all client deliverables on time
6. Ensure weekly and monthly goals are met

D. Internal team coordination:
1. Guide and motivate team members
2. Give constructive feedback
3. Support designers/writers with clarity
4. Ensure alignment between departments
5. Build trust and smooth workflow

E. Leadership & team development:
1. Build small leadership pods under you
2. Develop junior members
3. Give approvals, reviews, and guidance
4. Set standards and maintain quality

F. Operational excellence:
1. Maintain Notion workspace
2. Update timelines, tasks, notes
3. Run weekly reporting cycles
4. Improve internal SOPs
5. Standardize execution flow across clients

G. Consulting skills development:
1. Give strategic suggestions to clients
2. Understand business & marketing frameworks
3. Ask powerful, consultative questions
4. Identify client goals and bottlenecks
5. Present solutions like a consultant
6. Run calls independently (on behalf of the founder)
