About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other relevant platforms.
2. Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages aligned with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and regular reports.
4. Manage ad budgets and allocate spends efficiently to maximize ROI.
5. Collaborate with content, strategy, and design teams to align ad assets with campaign goals and audience targeting.
6. Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and messaging to improve performance.
7. Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns and reducing wasted ad spend.
8. Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in paid media and social advertising.
9. Track and report key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
