We’re now gearing up for our public launch and looking for a passionate, hands-on Outreach & Partnerships Specialist to help us onboard the first 500 Experts and 1,000+ Professionals to the platform.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage industry Experts (Team Leads, Managers, Mentors) and Professionals (Developers, Designers, Analysts) on LinkedIn and tech communities to grow EndorsePro’s network.
2. Build strategic partnerships with coding bootcamps, learning platforms, HR networks, and tech communities to bring early adopters on board.
3. Execute structured outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and events — optimizing messaging and conversion.
4. Support webinars, collaborations, and online events that promote EndorsePro and drive registrations.
5. Track metrics (sign-ups, replies, partnerships) and continuously refine strategies. 6. Track outreach results and conversions to report weekly progress.
What Success Looks Like:
1. 500 Experts & 1,000+ Professionals onboarded through your campaigns.
2. Active partnerships with at least 10 tech communities or bootcamps.
3. An engaged, growing network of early users who love talking about EndorsePro.
