About the Job
As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and experience of the Thinking Assessments program across the set of schools assigned to you. The role involves comprehensive planning, ownership, and time management, with a strong focus on ensuring smooth execution and delivering meaningful impact and outcomes within each school.Key responsibilities:
1. Plan, coordinate, and manage the complete execution of the thinking assessments' product for a group of schools.
2. Manage and improve the logistics work of assessment delivery, in coordination with the Internal team/partners and clients and partners.
3. Maintain a robust, proactive, and professional communication between the open door team and the school team to enhance the experience and support during the program.
4. Prepare and work on all forms of reports, performance analysis and inputs, and data necessary for the schools.
5. Observe, reflect, and improve the efficiency of work in all aspects, individually as well as for the team, through constant upskilling and improvement.
