Position overview:As an operations and customer support executive, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations and excellent client service. You’ll engage directly with customers and internal teams, helping resolve queries, troubleshoot issues, and support day-to-day operational tasks.
This role offers comprehensive training and hands-on exposure to SaaS-based operations, customer success, and global client management — making it an ideal opportunity for fresh MBA graduates aspiring to build a career in IT, operations, customer success, or business management. There is no fixed training period — it depends on how quickly you’re able to learn and adapt. No payments or charges are involved in this process.
Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to client queries promptly and professionally via email, chat, or phone.
2. Understand customer needs, provide product assistance, and ensure smooth adoption of our software.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, and Operations) to resolve client issues.
4. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports of customer interactions.
5. Support the operations team in administrative and backend tasks.
6. Assist in building and improving processes, manuals, and SOPs.
7. Analyse feedback and share insights with product and business teams.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Learn and gain expertise in FleetDrive360 (our in-house SaaS platform).
