Kidway Education is looking to hire energetic & kid-friendly teachers for its international online grooming program. We have kids from many countries, like the USA, Mexico, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, etc. We provide training to our teachers and our material. A candidate may focus only on the quality of teaching.We are working 24/7, so we have flexible shift options
Key responsibilities:
1. Be friendly and patient with kids without ego and become a child with the kids during learning.
2. Conduct live online grooming classes for children from over 22 countries.
3. Communicate effectively in English with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
4. Assess student performance and ensure mastery of concepts.
5. Participate in training on child psychology and unique teaching methodologies.
6. Adapt to flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, night, US/non-US hours).
