The Shining Ace is an online tutoring platform that provides high-quality Malayalam (non-academic) classes to students across the US, Canada, UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Africa, UAE, and more.We are looking for passionate tutors who can identify student needs, design engaging lessons, and deliver interactive one-on-one sessions. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, respond effectively, and thrive under pressure.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct one-on-one live Malayalam classes for students of all age groups.
2. Identify, assess, and analyse each student’s learning needs.
3. Prepare fun, engaging, and interactive lesson plans.
4. Ensure classes remain lively, student-centred, and enjoyable.
5. Be willing to work during early morning or evening hours, based on student time zones.
