About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. · Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
2. · Research and define target audiences, including custom and lookalike audiences
3. · Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and formats
4. · Monitor campaign performance and optimize for cost and conversions
5. · Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively
6. · Analyze metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
7. · Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
8. · Prepare regular performance reports and insights
9. · Stay updated with Meta ad policies, features, and trends
