About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pharmaceuticals excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed. As a MR you are responsible for promoting and detailing the company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals in a specified geographical region. You will play a crucial role in increasing product awareness, driving sales, and providing product information to healthcare professionals.Key responsibilities:
1. Promote products: Visit Doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote and sell pharmaceutical products. Conduct detailed product presentations to healthcare professionals.
2. Establish relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
3. Achieve sales targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
4. Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, industry trends, competitor products, and medical literature.
5. Market intelligence: Gather and report on competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.
6. Medical conferences and events: Attend medical conferences, events, and seminars to enhance product knowledge and network with healthcare professionals.
7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and performance against targets.
8. Sample distribution: Distribute product samples to doctors and medical professionals to encourage product usage.
9. Training and development: Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about the latest industry developments, new products, and compliance standards.
