About the Job
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our growing team full-time. This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and highly motivated marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital channels—helping us scale our brand presence in the healthcare and edtech sectors.
You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that reach thousands of healthcare professionals across the United States.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, paid ads, influencer collaborations, and PR.
2. Create and distribute high-impact educational and promotional content for healthcare audiences.
3. Manage and grow our social media presence with a strong focus on storytelling and brand voice.
4. Support podcast and video content strategy—from scripting and guest coordination to post-production promotion.
5. Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities to optimize ROI and engagement.
6. Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to align marketing messaging with overall business goals.
7. Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, institutions, and professional nursing organizations.
