Mystore® is the ONDC-connected marketplace that comes with Mystore Seller App+Mystore Buyer App to help SMEs sell and receive orders on the ONDC network. The Mystore Seller App offers 360-degree ecommerce solutions at zero fixed costs for SMEs and hyperlocal businesses and enables them to reach customers across the length and breadth of India.Mystore Seller App comes with comprehensive features like inventory management, order management, order notifications, complete transaction details, automatic GST calculations, etc., to help the sellers run and manage their business easily.
This role is for a 6-month traineeship.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless seller and customer experience.
2. Manage store operations such as inventory and order processing.
3. Deliver eCommerce customer support, handling inbound queries and outbound calls in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
4. Address seller and customer queries promptly while building strong professional relationships.
5. Develop SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvements.
6. Ensure eCommerce activities align with business objectives.
7. Manage escalations effectively, ensuring quick resolutions and a positive customer experience.
8. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch & delivery of orders.
9. Monitor shipment tracking, delivery TAT, and ensure SLA adherence.
10. Handle reverse logistics (returns, replacements, refunds) effectively.
11. Identify and resolve last-mile delivery issues and non-serviceable pin codes.
12. Track and reduce RTO (Return to Origin) % by ensuring better address validation & customer communication.
