About the Job
Etcetera Design Studio is hiring a Junior UX Designer to join our core product design team. This is a full-time role for designers who want to work across UX, UI, and product strategy, not just make screens, but think through how products actually work.You’ll collaborate with senior designers on live client and internal projects across industries like tech, AI, fintech, and healthcare, helping define flows, build systems, and shape the design direction from the ground up.
Key responsibilities:
1. Contribute to user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile products.
2. Collaborate on interface design and visual systems using Figma.
3. Support research, user testing, and feedback synthesis to improve usability.
4. Maintain and extend design systems for consistency and scalability.
5. Translate insights into clear, practical UX solutions that align with client goals.
6. Work closely with motion and brand teams to ensure coherence across touchpoints.
Location: Remote or Goa (Only if the candidate is interested in relocating, optional)
Start Date: Immediate/within 30 days
Commitment: Full-time
