About the Job
Key responsibilities:Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel itineraries.
Provide information on destinations, travel regulations, weather, currency exchange, and local attractions.
Coordinate reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve travel issues such as cancellations, changes, or delays.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and client profiles.
Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and visa requirements.
Collaborate with vendors, airlines, and tour operators to ensure client satisfaction.
Support the travel team in meeting sales and customer service targets.
